The Brite Wellness Program supports adults experiencing mild changes in thinking, along with the caregivers who walk alongside them. Created at the University of Pittsburgh, Brite blends movement, music, creativity, and cognitive exercises to strengthen both brain and physical wellness.
The program offers a warm, community-centered approach that helps participants stay active and confident, while giving caregivers a trusted place to learn, connect, and feel supported.
