Delete Your Networked Account

You can request to delete your Networked account and all associated data at any time. Once the deletion process is complete, you will no longer be able to log in, recover your account, or access any of your information.

1.How to Request Deletion

    Option 1 – From within the Networked app

    1. Open the Networked app and log in.
    2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.

   Option 2 – If you cannot access the app

    1. Email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
    2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
    3. Include your full name and any additional information to help us verify your account. We may ask for extra verification to ensure the request is legitimate.



   What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

    • Data that will be deleted: Your profile information (name, email, profile photo), posts, messages, preferences, and connected integrations.

    • Data that may be retained temporarily: Some information, such as security logs, fraud prevention records, or legally required data, may be kept for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

    • Third-party services: Where applicable, we will also forward deletion requests to our service providers, such as Branch (used for deep linking and analytics). Processing times for third-party deletion may vary.



    Timeline

    • Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
    • Complete removal from backups and disaster recovery systems may take up to 90 days.


 
 After Deletion

    Once your account is deleted:

    • It cannot be restored.
    • You will need to create a new account to use Networked again.
