Penrose Wellness is a physical therapist–led practice based in Granger, Indiana, built on the belief that lasting health is rooted in consistent, personal care. Founded in 2013, the practice provides one-on-one physical therapy and wellness services focused on prevention, movement, and long-term well-being.
Every client works directly with a licensed physical therapist from initial evaluation through ongoing care. Treatment plans are tailored to individual goals and needs, rather than shaped by insurance-driven timelines.
