The Sphinx Organization is transforming lives through the power of the arts and working to advance representation in classical music. Its national programs support young artists, cultural entrepreneurs, and arts administrators committed to equity and excellence.
At the center of this mission is Sphinx LEAD, a two-year leadership experience designed to prepare future executives in the arts through immersive retreats, mentorship, and hands-on development. Fellows and alumni go on to lead institutions, create new opportunities, and strengthen the field with a shared commitment to inclusion and innovation.
Sphinx LEAD grows from the belief that the arts can only reflect the richness of our communities when diverse leadership is present at every level. The program supports that vision by equipping emerging leaders with the skills, networks, and perspective they need to create lasting impact.
